The Cantonese sister of Kwei Fei, from Tina and David Schuttenberg. Hannibal's Kitchen

Eastside · $ · soul food, lowcountry, seafood, gullah geechee

Hannibal's Kitchen is a no-frills soul food room on the East Side. The Post and Courier dates it to 1985, and City Paper quotes owner L.J.
